We take one candidate, build a documented case around quantified results, and run a multi-touch campaign into a hand-picked list of companies where you genuinely fit. Every approach uses generic descriptors. Never your last name, never your employer, never your LinkedIn. The companies that lean in get the full picture only after you sign off.

Traditional job searching is a leap of faith. This is a paper trail, pointed at the seats you actually want.

Built on one kind of leverage

The engine works because of asymmetry.

We approach companies on behalf of someone who is not looking, who is succeeding where they are, and who has options. That is what makes a hiring manager pay attention. Take the leverage away and the model breaks.

We market performance, not availability. The whole approach depends on representing someone the market has to come and get.

Senior individual contributor through C-suite. The campaign is built for people whose track record carries weight on its own.

We place into full-time retained-search roles. Not fractional, not advisory, not interim, not contract.

At least three specific, number-backed achievements we can stand behind. No case gets built on adjectives.
