Michael Russo
Mike entered the staffing industry immediately upon graduating from the University of North Florida with a bachelor’s degree in international business.
He began his career with the Allegis Group where he led a top performing skilled trades division. Mike then rebuilt and lead the NE Florida technology vertical with Robert Half until 2020 when he departed to build a staffing firm at Quadrant Information Security.
After 14 years of award-winning agency experience, Mike founded Asymmetric Talent Solutions on a new mission – to redefine the boundaries of headhunting and give his clients access to the hiring experience they deserve.
Beyond his professional life, Mike is a proud American and happily married with two boys. Mike has extensively served his community in leadership positions and volunteer work with the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce, the Southside Businessmen’s Club, the Florida Technology Council, the US Small Business Association, and the Jax Beach Baseball Association. Mike is a founding member of a charity that funds collegiate scholarships for NJROTC students, the Tech Coast Conference, and a nation-wide networking group, Tech on Tap.
Competition has been a way of life for Mike inside and outside of his profession; playing highly competitive baseball, surfing, performing in a touring band, and now as a baseball coach and national champion in precision shooting sports, a domain he also serves as an instructor.

Prior to ATS, Blair served as a top-producing Lead Technical Recruiter at a highly-regarded national IT staffing firm, building a reputation as a trusted advisor. Supporting clients ranging from tech startups to Fortune 50, Blair’s commitment to cultivating genuine and consultative relationships has positioned him as one of the most respected professionals in his space.
Beyond his professional life, Blair is a dedicated family man, happily married and proud father to a son and daughter. His passion for competition extends beyond the boardroom, as a former collegiate golfer at his alma mater, Northwood University. A passionate supporter of Detroit sports and a loyal Michigan Wolverines fan, Blair brings a vibrant energy and dedication to all aspects of his life.
