It’s a clarification of what we’ve been building all along.
We’re precision headhunters. Traditional recruiting is a leap of faith. We’re a paper trail. Most recruiters disappear into the process. We invite you into it. We don’t pitch candidates. We build cases. That’s the foundation.
But we’re not just headhunters. We’re talent advisors. And the DNA piece is one key part of what separates us.
We’re certified TTI Success Insights partners. We use TriMetrix HD to measure DISC behavior, motivators, competencies, and cognitive acumen. We can benchmark a role before we ever source a candidate. That means we define the behavioral profile of success first, then measure every candidate against it.
We don’t need a search engagement to do this. Leaders can bring us in to benchmark a role, assess internal candidates for promotion, or validate talent they’re already considering. The advisory work stands on its own. The DNA toolkit is strategic, not transactional.

We built the infrastructure. We did the work. Now we’re showing it.
Evolution Demands Adaptation
The contingent model worked when companies didn’t know better. When the default was to post a job, wait for resumes, and hope one of them worked out. When recruiting was expected to be free until someone got hired, and the 15-20% success rate was just accepted as the cost of doing business.
